This will shows the Digital Clock, with various Skin options. User can change skins from Setting Menu Option. Right Click on the Digital Clock or Tray Icon of
the RemindMagic to see the following Menu:
Here is the pictorial representation of Setting Menu Options:
Now From General Clock Setting Frame, User can set:
| Remember Clocks Screen Position |
If this is ticked, it will remember the Clock Position & starts each time from last set position. |
| Start With Windows |
If this is ticked, it will automatic start each time when windows starts. |
| Display Alarm Status |
If this is ticked, it will show the Alarm Status i.e. On / Off Icon at the left of the Digital Clock. |
| Clock Always On top |
If this is ticked, it will keep Digital Clock always on Top of all the programs running. |
For setting various other skins of the Digital Clock, Just click on “Change Skin” Button, it will show the list of Skin Files available, Select file to change skin of Digital Clock.
For setting Alarm, User can set Hour & Minutes, User can also set Alarm Type i.e. Only Audio, Only Video or Both, Text To Display when Alarm Activated, Audio File & Volume also can be set from this screen.
Now, If “Show Manual at Startup” is ticked, it will opens this file each time when software application starts.
After changing any settings, click on “Apply” button to give effects to the software application.

| This will shows the Reminder Register screen as follows:
User can add any number of reminders from here. User can enter details like Subject, Frequently i.e. Once, Daily, Monthly or Yearly. Date & Time to remind and Other Details like Name, Email, Contact No. and Remarks. User can Edit or Delete any reminders any time.

This will Turn off / Log off / Restart your PC after specified time period. Screen will look like as follows:
User can set the value & then press “Begin Timer” to start the count down timing to Log off / Turn off / Restart the PC. User can also suspend the operation, by clicking “Suspend” button, other wise minimize this screen to keep count down timing on. |

User can also take the backup of Reminders added in the Reminder Register. Select “About RemindMagic” Option from Main Menu. It will look like as follows:
Now, Clicking on “Manual” Button will open this file. For taking backup, Click on the “Backup” button. User can also restore the backed up file, by clicking “Restore” button & then select the back up file.
N.B. : All the data added in Reminder Screen is saved in “RemindMagic.mdb” file and that file lies in the Program Folder of RemindMagic. You can manually copy & paste this file, in case of not starting Operating System / Program.
